CNARNN-Infonot are \u0219i o latur\u0103 de perfec\u021bionare continu\u0103 a corpului de notari concretizat\u0103 prin plata cursurilor de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt profesional, organizate circuitului civil, acestea fiind puse la dispozi\u021bia notarilor publici, institu\u021biilor publice precum \u0219i a oric\u0103rei persoane fizice sau juridice care prezint\u0103 un interes justificat \u00een \u00eenscrierea \u0219i\/sau ob\u021binerea unor informa\u021bii din aceste registre. <br><br>\n\nEle permit:<br>\n* <span style='font-weight:bold;'>asigurarea unei eviden\u0163e la nivel na\u0163ional<\/span> a anumitor acte \u015fi proceduri prev\u0103zute de Legea notarilor publici \u0219i a activit\u0103\u021bii notariale nr.36\/1995 \u0219i de regulamentul de punere \u00een class=\"dotted\"><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"text\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\n<p style=\"font-size:20px;\">\nTo\u021bi notarii publici \u00een func\u021bie au dreptul \u0219i obliga\u021bia ca, \u00een desf\u0103\u0219urarea activit\u0103\u021bii lor, \u00een \u00eendeplinirea unui act sau procedur\u0103 notarial\u0103, anterior sau ulterior  solu\u021bion\u0103rii cererii unei persoane, s\u0103 acceseze portalul CNARNN - Infonot, cu ajutorul semn\u0103turii digitale, \u00eenscriind sau interog\u00e2nd informa\u021biile din Registrele Na\u021bionale Notariale. Ele au ap\u0103rut  \u00een anul 2007, la ini\u021biativa Consiliului Uniunii, prin crearea  societ\u0103\u021bii comericale \u2013 \u201eInfonot Systems SRL\u201d, unde unic asociat este  Uniunea Na\u021bional\u0103 a Notarilor Publici din Rom\u00e2nia, care a suportat toate costurile acestei societ\u0103\u021bi at\u00e2t pentru \u00eenfiin\u021barea c\u00e2t \u0219i pentru dezvoltarea ei, f\u0103r\u0103 a-i fi repartizat vreun profit ca unic asociat, toate veniturile fiind reinvestite de societate. \u00cen anul  2013, cu ocazia modific\u0103rii Legii notarilor publici \u0219i activit\u0103\u021bii notariale nr. 36 \/1995,  s-a \u00eenfiin\u021bat  \u201eCentrul Na\u021bional de Administrare a Registrelor Na\u021bionale Notariale\u201d - CNARNN   entitate  cu personalitate juridic\u0103 \u00een cadrul \u0219i sub coordonarea Uniunii Na\u021bionale a Notarilor Publici din Rom\u00e2nia   care preia toate activele \u0219i bazele de date ale SC Infonot SRL, aceasta din urm\u0103  r\u0103m\u00e2n\u00e2nd proprietara aplica\u021biei electronice a Registrelor Na\u021bionale \u0219i dezvolt\u00e2nd \u00een continuare noi aplica\u021bii informatice pentru serviciul notarial.\n<br><br>\n\nProiectul de realizare a Registrelor Na\u021bionale Notariale,  demarat \u00een ianuarie 2007, a pornit cu un num\u0103r de 4 (patru) Registre, respectiv: Registrul Na\u021bional de Eviden\u021b\u0103 a Succesiunilor(RNES), Registrul Na\u021bional de Eviden\u021b\u0103 a Testamentelor Autentice(RNTA), Registrul Na\u021bional de Eviden\u021b\u0103 a Op\u021biunilor Succesorale(RNOS) \u0219i Registrul Na\u021bional de Eviden\u021b\u0103 a Revoc\u0103rii Procurilor(RNPR), registre care erau operate manual de un num\u0103r de aproximativ 70 de angaja\u021bi care lucrau \u00een schimburi, asigur\u00e2nd at\u00e2t \u00eenregistrarea c\u00e2t \u0219i interogarea registrelor, furniz\u00e2nd  informa\u021bia c\u0103tre notari \u00eentr-un timp rezonabil pentru ca ace\u0219tia s\u0103 asigure, cu celeritate, serviciile solicitate de cet\u0103\u021beni.\n\n<br><br>\n\nUlterior, r\u00e2nd pe r\u00e2nd, au fost \u00eenfiin\u021bate \u0219i alte registre, ajung\u00e2ndu-se \u00een prezent la un num\u0103r de zece registre. Totodat\u0103 s-a lucrat la un nou concept \u0219i, \u00een cooperare cu o firm\u0103 din Fran\u021ba, care a dezvoltat programe informatice pentru notarii din mai multe \u021b\u0103ri europene, au fost automatizate\/informatizate\/digitalizate toate registrele na\u021bionale, astfel c\u0103, \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu anul 2013, accesul la registre se realizeaz\u0103  de fiecare notar \u00een func\u021bie, direct prin portal, prin intermediul certificatelor cu semn\u0103tur\u0103 digital\u0103,  \u00eenscrierea \u0219i interogarea informa\u021b\u00edilor f\u0103c\u00e2ndu-se exclusiv de utilizatori, respectiv de  notarii \u00een func\u021bie \u0219i de personalul CNARNN \u2013 Infonot, cu rol  de administratori. \n\n<br><br>\n\nRealizarea programelor informatice, logistica necesar\u0103, \u00eentre\u021binerea pe servere proprii dedicate \u0219i securizate (CNARNN - Infonot de\u021bine \u0219i un server de back-up la Sibiu), dezvoltarea \u0219i administrarea acestora, s-au f\u0103cut exclusiv din sursele proprii ale CNARNN - Infonot, constituite din \u00eencas\u0103rile Centrului.
